Porterfield Carbon Kevlar R-4 Racing Brake Pad:  AP 279 R-4 

Porterfield R-4 Carbon Kevlar Competition brake pads are designed for motorsports use. The R-4 compound is very versatile with optimun temperatures as low as 450?F. The R-4 coumpound operates across a wide temperature range while being able to maintain an average ? of .50 and greater. The R-4 brake pads require minimal bed-in time compared to other motorsports brake pads.

Typical AP 279 R-4 applications are BMW 325, 325E, 325ES, E30 318i, 318iS, 325i (Spec E30), 325iS and 325iX. E28 M5, 524TD, 528E, 533i, 535i and 535iS. E24 M6, 633CSi and 635CSi. E23 733i and 735i. L6..
