Porterfield Carbon Kevlar R-4 Racing Brake Pad:  FRP 212 R-4 

Porterfield R-4 Carbon Kevlar Competition brake pads are designed for motorsports use. The R-4 compound is very versatile with optimun temperatures as low as 450?F. The R-4 coumpound operates across a wide temperature range while being able to maintain an average ? of .50 and greater. The R-4 brake pads require minimal bed-in time compared to other motorsports brake pads.

Typical FRP 212 R-4 applications are AP RACING CP 2279 (20mm) CP 3395 CP 3788 CP 3789 CP 3799 CP 5830 (SC430) CP 5835 and CP 5880.
