Typical Raybestos R 1001 ST43 applications are OE Brembo brake applications like the Acura TL, Audi TT RS, Cadillac ATS, CTS, CTS-V, STS, XTS, Chevy Camaro, Corvette, Ford GT, Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, Shelby GT500KR, Boss 302, Mustang GT 5.0, Hyundai Genesis Coupe R-Spec, Mitsubishi Evo, Pontiac G8 GXP, SAAB 9-5, Subaru Impreza WRX STi and the Volvo S60 R and V70 R models.

ST43 Compound-
Very versatile brake pad. Great friction, easy on rotor and pad wear with a wide operating range of 300?F to 1200?F. And all with a very flat torque curve. Slightly less initial bite than the ST45 compound but about the same at 900?F and up.

The ST43 is very popular in grass roots style racing, HPDE and Open Track events and SCCA or NASA club racing. The ST43 compound is also popular in Endurance events.
Also, a good rear pad when the ST45 or ST47 front pads are used.
