Typical Raybestos R 776.18 ST43 applications are Porsche (996) 911 Carrera 2, 911 Carrera 4, 911 Targa 4 front. (996) 911 Carrera 4 Turbo Look, 911 Carrera 4S, 911 Targa 4S and 911 Turbo rear. Porsche (997) 911 Carrera 2, (986) Boxster S, (987) Boxster S, (987C) Cayman Coupe S front. Porsche (997) 911 Carrera 2 Turbo Look and 911 Carrera 2S rear brakes.

ST43 Compound-
Very versatile brake pad. Great friction, easy on rotor and pad wear with a wide operating range of 300?F to 1200?F. And all with a very flat torque curve. Slightly less initial bite than the ST45 compound but about the same at 900?F and up.

The ST43 is very popular in grass roots style racing, HPDE and Open Track events and SCCA or NASA club racing. The ST43 compound is also popular in Endurance events.
Also, a good rear pad when the ST45 or ST47 front pads are used.
