Typical Raybestos RC 383 ST43 applications are Chrysler Sebring Coupe. Dodge Avenger, Colt Vista, Stealth 2WD and Stratus Coupe. Eagle Summit Wagon, Talon, and Talon TSi Turbo 2WD and AWD. Mitsubishi 3000 GT, 3000 GT-SL, Diamante Sedan, Eclipse, Eclipse Turbo 2WD, Eclipse Turbo 4WD, Expo 5-Door, Expo LRV 3-Door, Galant and Galant Sigma V6. Plymouth Colt Vista rear brakes.

ST43 Compound-
Very versatile brake pad. Great friction, easy on rotor and pad wear with a wide operating range of 300?F to 1200?F. And all with a very flat torque curve. Slightly less initial bite than the ST45 compound but about the same at 900?F and up.

The ST43 is very popular in grass roots style racing, HPDE and Open Track events and SCCA or NASA club racing. The ST43 compound is also popular in Endurance events.
Also, a good rear pad when the ST45 or ST47 front pads are used.
